Management Capacity Building

Management capacity building is one of the most important and on going program of PMUS, which are started in 2001 and being supported by the above mentioned donors. It is a continuous process of the organisation and continuously providing management capacity building training to the group members, leaders and the staff members. So far 5000 group members and 77 staff members including volunteers have been given management capacity building supports on different items, trades, topics, issues etc. by which they can develop their managerial and leadership capacity to implement the project activities and also the organised group members. From 2001, this program was started.
